Everyday Quinoa!

Quick and easy quinoa recipe for quinoa lovers!


Ingredients:

1/2 cup Cooked quinoa

1/4 cup cooked garbanzo beans

1/4 cup cooked black beans

1 cup grilled chicken

1/8 cup raw onions

6-8 cherry tomatoes

1 tsb lemon juice

1/4 tbs Salt

1/4 tbs lime pepper


Preparation:

  1. Put the quinoa, garbanzo beans, black beans, onions, tomatoes and chicken in a bowl.

  2. Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix them all together.

  3. Enjoy!


Note: This is a high protein recipe. You can add any type of healthy protein instead of chicken!
