Are you feeling unhealthy physically, mentally or emotionally? Do you want to lose weight? We, you and me, can change your body and mindset together at Strong Body Strong Mind! Losing weight is often people’s primary goal, but we refine that goal at Strong Body Strong Mind. We’ll focus on

burning fat, building muscle, and developing a sustainable nutrition path. You can change your body at any age! I did! The missing ingredient for many and the one that changed my life was strength training. Strength training is literally the best way to build muscle to burn body fat, and lose weight along the way.
It will make you look good but most importantly, feel great! It may seem daunting to start a strength training and nutrition program, but that’s what we’re here to help you do at Strong Body Strong Mind. All you need is to take that first step and decide to go for it, full force! Below there are some tips that might help you in this journey you’re about to start: -Find your WHY. This means finding the right motivation to start the journey. This might be the hundredth time you try something to lose weight. I’ve been there. You gotta find the right motivation to stay on track and stay motivated until it becomes your lifestyle. The motivation n
eeds to be something more meaningful than just being fit for the summer, or for a coming wedding, or trip. Think about it, write about it, let it become a force that helps you get up in the morning and make you happy. This is the starting point: you have to want to do it. -Trust the process. Nothing happens or changes overnight. It takes time, hard work, lifestyle changes, sacrifices, and perhaps even a few tears. But it will happen. Work hard, trust and it will!
-Eat well! I’m not talking about just diets! Depending on where you are at this moment and on your goals, you have to be aware of having a healthy eating pattern. Find the right help if needed, a dietitian, a nutritionist, or a nutrition coach could help you find the right path specific for you. Proteins and carbs might become your best friends! Just saying! -Drink lots of water. You know this, right? Well, I’m here to remind you to drink your water, everyday, all the time. Buy yourself a big bottle of water and have it with you at all times. Your goal is to drink the whole thing everyday. You might end up drinking even more which would be even better! Take that first step. It will be hard at times, but I promise you it will be worth it.
